Born & raised in Honolulu, Joanne started in the customer service industry while in high school & fell in love with helping others. She joined the food & beverage industry at 18 & never left. Joanne waited tables, bartended & assisted in scheduling & training. She continues to work part-time in the food & beverage industry, devoting 1 day a week there. Joanne also worked with HPD as a police radio dispatcher & then left to work in the office admin department. She later moved to the payroll & pre-audit section in the Finance division. After two decades of being a part of HPD, she felt it was time to follow her dream of pursuing a real estate career.

Joanne has deep roots in Oahu, living in various parts of the island–Honolulu,Makiki, Manoa, Makakilo, Lanikai, Ewa Beach, Hawaii Kai & our 9th island, Las Vegas. Joanne has always been intrigued by the island’s various hiking trails, beaches, & historical sites. She also enjoys finding different restaurants to try. Joanne is married to her supportive husband Tony and has two children, two grandsons, & 5 stepchildren. She loves caring for her two dogs, her bird named Pablo, & multiple fish. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with family, traveling, cooking, baking, hiking, home decorating, & doing various crafts.
